The Junsheng Storage Facility was constructed in strict accordance with top-tier industrial standards and is equipped with a distributed sensor network, an underground ventilation system, and anti-saccharification storage processes. It enables end-to-end digital monitoring from the moment raw materials are brought in from the fields until they are loaded onto trucks for shipment, ensuring that every batch of raw materials reaches the customer’s processing line in peak condition.

To handle the massive volume of produce coming into storage during the fall harvest and the high frequency of shipments throughout the year, we have equipped ourselves with a comprehensive set of modern logistics and handling systems. We handle bulk agricultural commodities according to industrial-grade standards, ensuring “zero bumps and zero mechanical damage” to the potatoes during transit.
Flexible conveyor belts are used throughout the receiving area, and the height difference between each level is scientifically minimized to fundamentally prevent tubers from colliding with one another and sustaining hidden mechanical damage during transport.
Unitized, isolated storage is achieved using breathable wooden crates designed in accordance with microcirculation fluid dynamics, thereby preventing the problems of heat generation and decay caused by excessive pressure at the bottom of bulk piles.
The warehouse is equipped with industrial-grade rail-mounted overhead cranes, which enable the smooth lifting and stacking of full crates of seed potatoes and market potatoes, greatly increasing throughput per operation and space utilization.
A fleet of eco-friendly, zero-emission electric forklifts, combined with palletized operations, enables rapid transfer and high-frequency turnover between loading docks and delivery trucks.

Distributed sensors monitor the core temperature of each storage bin in real time, precisely maintaining the storage temperature at the optimal range required for processing (7°C–10°C), thereby strictly preventing moisture loss, shriveling, and frost damage to the tubers.
The proprietary duct design has been optimized through fluid dynamics simulation. It utilizes a high-pressure variable-frequency fan to provide forced ventilation throughout the entire facility with no dead zones, automatically expelling excess carbon dioxide and completely eliminating temperature and humidity dead zones.
Through scientifically designed temperature-zone filtration curves, the conversion of starch into reducing sugars is effectively inhibited. This ensures that even after months of storage, the resulting potato chips and French fries retain their golden color and remain free of frying-induced browning.
A fully enclosed environment free of UV exposure, combined with ultra-fine mist spraying of eco-friendly sprout inhibitors, ensures that potatoes remain in a high-quality dormant state throughout their 10-month storage period.
