Potato granules are one of the potato powder lines we produce in-house, supplied to the agreed model and specification. Models differ in the recipes and processes they suit, so the actual model should be confirmed before selection.
Typical directions include mashed potato, formed products, soups and bakery ingredients, and suitability still needs to be checked for the specific model. Start from the end use, confirm the parameters in that model's specification, and judge process fit through rehydration and processing trials; visible granule size or mesh alone often says little about behaviour after reconstitution. Samples can be requested as needed, and the test items together with the COA of the matching batch are confirmed when the request is made.
